Although we mainly ship to Australia, USA, Canada and UK, our shipping couriers
do provide their services to almost all other countries as well.
If you're not from either of these locations and would like shipping information
for yours, contact us and we'll be happy to ask for you.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping times for our main countries are as follows:

All shipping is made through a trackable courier and you will receive your tracking number(s) via email after order is shipped (it takes up to 5 business days for the tracking number to update).
Please keep in mind that at times, your country’s customs office will hold the parcel for inspection or other reasons, and so shipping times will be delayed. Please note that if this does occur for your order it is your responsibility to chase it up, not ours.
How much will shipping cost?
Cost of shipping for our 4 main countries (Australia, USA, Canada, UK) is a flat rate of $10AUD.
For other countries however, this may increase.
Please contact us BEFORE you place an order so we can determine shipping rates
and times for you.
How do I know which size to pick?
The best way to avoid disappointment is to MEASURE YOUR CHILD - we cannot
stress this enough.
Once you have these measurements, all you have to do after that is follow the
size chart provided to you (found in the pop-up link near the size options). Please
note that measurements are made by hand, so allow for 1-3cm difference.
